I would say that the story was interesting in the very least. It was a good story, it was funny. But today, I will talk about my problems with the story, along with what I like about the story, and how I would describe the story as a “whimsical” story.
The story starts off with a character named “Jimothy” broadly thinking about winter. He had no idea that fall had already passed, because he failed to realize the leaves falling from the trees. He also missed out on cookies and apple cider, and that is a very very super bad thing to miss out on (because fall is the best season, underrated opinion). He had always thought that [No snow = no winter] in his mind, and the story narrowly tells us that “Jimothy’s brain is like two brain cells fighting for 4th place”. His “two brain cells, ‘decide to work together’ to make a wintry list.” Jimothy finds out that it might be winter due to the leaves on trees falling, then eventually freezing.
But, this is not mentioned in the real story, but I’m pretty sure that Jimothy should know about all of the leaves falling and the leaves freezing, like I do every fall.
Jimothy eventually looks at a Starbuck’s chain/store, and finds out that they sell frosted, vanilla snowmen cookies and hot chocolate (In which the book comments the hot chocolate about being “buns”). The Starbucks is said to be located on Cooper Point road at Olympia Washington. Also, I would assume the Jimothy kid crying like “WAAAAAAAAAA! WA WA WA WA WA WA WAAAA!!!!!” if his mom did not care about him (and to be fair, deserved it.)
Jimothy wasn’t satisfied yet, and he asked a trusted adult. “MAWMMIE!! Is it winter yet?!?!?!?!?” (It was not actually spelled this way, it was just spelled “mommie!!!” And the “mawmmie” did not want to deal with Jimothy, and she just said that it was winter, and was done. The Starbucks employees were pretty mad at Jimothy already, since he made a very very very very very very very very very very very very bad, terrible ruckus, like the one that you hear in Walmart when the little kid can not have his iPad to play a brainrot game or order pointless toys that they will throw away in 2 seconds because they have no brain to use it correctly. and people don’t like him. (The Starbucks hot chocolate was vanilla matcha by the way, in which was described as buns too)
All in all, I would think that “Jimothy’s winter never came” as an alright story, the story line was funny but not ethical, and there were not many of the 5 (there are literally 20+ senses, like the sense of balance) senses or a lot of characters, but it had a decent story line of an everyday life of a little boy before school, and was very whimsical who was extremely young and happy. (I literally hope that Jimothy is very happy about causing an unnecessary ruckus and yelling about random things, and not being a civilized human being who actually has the ability to not play brainrot games everywhere he goes and does not cry about losing fair and square.)
I give it a 6.2/10. It’s aight I guess. The story was nice, but not logical and was not the most well written story ever, and there are not many other characters in the story other than Jimothy, and making Jimothy this stupid was still funny, but had no logic behind it.
